Mr. Leroy Remer, formerly of the Buck Knives Custom Shop, now of RRR Knives was walking by while I was taking photos of BCCI knives behind the displays. I had a light box set up with some lights. He pulled this custom made RRR knife out of it sheath on his belt and let me take it for photos. I eventually did give it back.....I looked for someone that wouldn't know better to say , Hey, look at my knife but couldn't find anyone that wouldn't know I was a liar...........

It is a one blade , custom folder by Leroy in that fancyz" wiggly steel" stuff. Some type of hairy prehistoric creature
part for scales.......only presented here because it was Leroy and I knew you guys would be slobbering........I know nothing more....as it is not a fancied up 300...BUT....wouldn't that "wiggly steel" make cool looking bolsters and blades for a 301..............300Bucks

Next to last photo, but one with purpose.
Here is Dee Schindewolf receiving one of her awards. With her Gen. 5 display she outdid her better half and won (an you need a list) BCCI Novice Award, BCCI Presidential Award (chosen by Buck Co. mgmt.) and the top dog BCCI Best of Show award.

The first peson to ever win those at one time , much less the first girl to do so....way to go Dee. If any of you females that might be hiding as members or wanna-be members, out there would take notice you could be beating the guys and winning the day like Dee. So don't be bashful, BCCI is not a guys only activity......so join in the fun.

Good going Dee!! Was your award Bucks Gen 5's ??? If so they will fit right in!
 
Somehow I skipped over the Blade Show - Best of Show display by the BCCI El Presidenta John Foresman....oops I may be de-ported from Buck Land for this mistake.....300

wow ... wish i had been able to go...
but life did not allow for that to happen..
heck i was jest able to keep my head above water..

so now i am going to try and be at the Buck Mountain Reunion
