Beautiful work! Do you peen/flare the front pin? Thanks for posting.

I don't peen any pins. No problems if glue up pieces are roughed up and properly adhear to the pieces. I drill shallow angled holes under the scales to act as tiny fingers holding the scales on. That's my theory anyways
