blade show 2013 pix - a work in progress

loving the kraton-handled bottle opener.
Also, I spy a new(?) dozier folder with micarta scales. mmmm.
Now if only the back spacer was matching micarta instead of tungsten like on the phat bob...

On pic 16, what is that Condor left of the dundee bowie? how does that Ka-Bar ale taste???

My knees and back hurt too. But hell, my back was already hurting. I was popping pain pills every 6 hours.

Ka-Bar should invest in one of those pharmacy mats for behind the counter. :p

I had some good salmon.

Picked up a few odds and ends, including a Blind Horse Brumby and a nice traditional from Ka-Bar.

Did I mention I had some good salmon?

ETA: Not a Brumby Lite, a Brumby. Still brain dead.

My god man, you had the "orgy special". That's hard core. What did you think about it?

in love with this menu :)

That I went back for lunch with my family says a lot.
I didn't put anything bad in my mouth. E sent back some raw oysters with texture issues (not firm enough, I think) but other than that, everyone liked the food.
The service was really good. On Sunday, I couldn't open a pack of crackers without someone swooping by and picking up the discarded plastic. And it was a full house.
They also pour a pretty good shot. Just ask Moose.

According to Moose, their cheese grits slap E's cheese grits upside the head, bend them over and rape them. And then ask for gas money. All I'll say is that I had the cheese grits twice. :D

Oh, and by the way, I had the salmon. It was good.

I'd like to establish as fact that I DID have the salmon. And it was good.

A couple of pics of the BHK Brumby I picked up. It spoke to me.
It said, "Buy me now, you dumbass, or I'll be gone when you come back around."

Anyone making bushcraft Dangler sheaths that will fit the Tradewater, from the inestimable T.M.Hunt ?
The sheath it came with is actually very nice, but I want a sheath on a swivel of some sort, so its can be moved sitting and such to be more comfortable.
If you don't have a T.M. Hunt knife, your missing out.

Biscuit, that's a nice looking knife and all, but you screwed the pooch not getting the salmon.
