Great to meet you Caleb. Looking forward to the next shot of my Royer and any other photo adventures we may share in the future. Thanks for the extra look. Love James R,s blue ivory hunter.. how do you spell? Stunning in person.

Great pics. Very interesting.

Loads of nice blades there.

The Schiavona blew me away - one of my favourites! Amazing work.

Thank You very much.
Fantastic pictures.
Nice overview and great details.
I sometimes doubt, that you can see those details at the show itself.

Caleb

I did not get out of the booth that much so thank you very much for your excellent photos

This was my only visit into the show through other's lenses and experiences. Outstanding photography. Most Some viewers may not realize the subtleties. I do. << (Edited: I got an email saying I was a 'pompous ass' for saying this. What a turd.)

I would have loved to listen to Eric's seminar. He's an experienced instructor. I'll bet he showed how to use daylight fluorescents?

Great job Caleb! This was a lot of footwork during the day, and late nights/early mornings on the computer. Thanks for the hard work and effort. Ben

I agree Jon that Rodebaugh Hunter is Beautiful. Super nice ivory. I got a chance to see it before the CKCA banquet. He quite the sheathmaker as well.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Nice seeing you Caleb and thanks for taking and posting the CKCA images.

Jim,

Mary went to the seminar of Eric's. She says he talked about photography foundation and lighting. Mostly lighting, using light angles with the 6 in 1 luminator, textures, shape, reflectance, contrast of color/shade, use of xray color check passport, shooting outdoors ideal times and type, and talked about his DVD set. 1 on the foundations of setting up a photography studio under $100 and dvd 2 is about using photoshop and/or lightroom. He was limited on time so he could really only narrow it to light and basic foundations on shooting.

He also took questions.

Thank you very much for all the compliments guys, it's very encouraging and I'm very glad you like the photos!

Thank you Mr. Brand, it was great to meet you as well! I look forward to our future photo ventures as well.
That would be James L. Rodebaugh's blue ivory handled hunter you're referring to I believe.

Great pix Caleb!
It was nice to meet you in person finally.

Thank you very much Mr. DesRosier, it was nice to meet you too and it was nice to meet your wife as well.

Thank you Mr. Cooper, I'm glad I was able to help.

I don't recall Mr. Eggly talking about daylight fluorescents but I might have missed it.

Thanks Caleb - wonderful photo tour!

I enjoyed meeting you and look forward to working with you soon

Thanks Mr. Wulf, it was great meeting you too and I look forward to working with you and your knives.

Awesome pictures Caleb! Thanks for showing us what you saw at the show through your camera. :)

Had the chance to talk to both Caleb and Kyle a bit at Blade. "Squared Away" is an old sailor term that pretty much meant that everything was in order. This does not come close to the presence and attitudes of these two young men.

I congratulate whomever brought you guys up. They did an excellent job.

Robert
