  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Blade Show 2019

I'll be there. Looking forward to coming by for a visit (and purchase, if anything is left)
I live in Atlanta and have missed the past two years due to a trade show commitment in Las Vegas.
Not this year though, I've got two years of pent up knife fever:D
Looking forward to seeing you George!

Are you planning on doing an after Bladeshow sale?
Hopefully there are a few Behemoths in there.

Yes, anything that we bring back from Atlanta will be made available here. Also there is work that is in process but won't be finished for Atlanta, that includes some Behemothers that have not been heat treated yet. Might be a couple months on those.

What do people do with the knives you buy at Blade, check them in a bag? Mail to yourself?

I’ve always packed them well padded and thoroughly buried in my checked suitcase - in a good sheath and or padded zipper case, then wrapped in towels, T-shirts, pants, pants pockets, etc. Plan on the 800 pound gorilla jumping on your suitcase and pack accordingly. Remember, knives are sharp and pointy, so you don’t want them
Moving around at all.

I also try to make it so they are not plainly visible and they won’t fall out of the suitcase if opened. I’ve been to a handful of knife shows. I always travel with a knife or two and even packed a number of knives this way when flying to and from Europe. I’ve never had one damaged, lost, or stolen.

Depending on how much steel you end up packing, remember to make sure your return trip suitcase isn’t over the weight limit.

I’m not positive, but I think there may be a FedEx or UPS service in the Cobb Galleria if you’d prefer to ship them home. Mike

Sent the flask ahead with some sippin' stock for the weekend;) It's been my special occasion bottle for a couple years...seemed like a good occasion to polish it off:)
