  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Blade Show Advice

I've never been to a Blade Show but, as with most "collector" oriented shows that I have been to, it is usually best to show up as early as possible (buy "early bird" tickets if you can or get a vendor that you know to let you in during set up) and to bring cash to find/negotiate the best deals.

The last day of the show is usually pretty worthless in terms of finding "great deals" but that's a good time to just relax and cruise around the floor and enjoy the vibe. Have fun! :)

All good advice. I'll just add.......

The food at the show is generally crap. If possible have a good breakfast before the show and take a lunch box, snacks and a bottle of water. It will save you much aggravation.

Don't get tempted to go into your credit card. Have a budget and stick to it.

Identify who you want to see on the Friday and then use Saturday to walk the show.

You will love it and you will have loads of fun, I always do.🙂

Many thanks for all the good ideas, I’ll enjoy the experience regardless of purchasing success . Family in area so will have a great time even when not at the show.
