Blade Show FSH

I do miss that Fusion prototype handle shape. I guess it was too labor intensive to produce it any great numbers. I hope my postman shaves close when he delivers my HOFSH!

You said you'd post some pics of the knife. I am waiting on pins and needles. $100 says you can't post on this forum an undoctored picture of the knife in question, taken at your home, with either you holding it or with the rest of your collection. Care to take me up on it?

BTW, Dark Nemesis is 100% correct, but Voracious is mistaken.

You just lost $100 bucks dude, I know for a fact that my IL brother has the unsharpened FSH, unless he caved and sent it in for an edge job, but I am betting he kept it. :D

OK PG. First off my original offer is with Strabs, but since you stepped in it I'll offer the same bet to you too. If Strabs has that very same knife I'll pay you each $100. If he can't or won't prove that he does, you both pay me $100 each. I still haven't seen any pictures, but I guess I've lost anyway just because you say so, right? Blunt edge or sharpened doesn't matter; only that it has to be the same knife as the one referred to in the first post. So what do you say PG? Sure you know what you're talking about?

How can I rephrase this?

The original offer was a small wager, offered to Strabs, that he does NOT have that knife. But since PG apparently wants in on this contest (and thinks that I've surely already lost), I'll make HIM the same offer (which is that Strabs does not have that knife). Because I know Strabs does not have that knife (he may very well have one of the FSH prototypes, but he does not have THAT ONE), so it doesn't matter to me if PG wants to pay me $100 as well.

So are you trying to make money off of someone knowing that they do not have a specific knife? May I ask what your motives are?

Oh no, you misunderstood my "huh? :confused: ". I understood your phrasing just fine, you put it very clearly. My "huh? :confused: " was more of a...HUH? :confused: in style of "Where and why the freaking-A did this start".

I need to remember to be more clear, sorry about that...

If so, congratulations on a great piece.

I really don't get your animosity though. I don't think that Strabs is trying to take credit for a knife that you may, or may not own.

You may. I'm trying to take over the world and I thought this would be a nice start to springboard my evil plot into action.

Actually, I don't see what there is to be suspicious of. Strabs made a claim that he has that very same knife. I know that he does not. (How do you think I know that?) So I'm calling him on it. Is Strabs now the victim? How have I victimized anyone? I won't be making any money off him if he doesn't take the bet. I don't care if he takes it or not, and I don't care if Mike decides to lock the thread, which he may well do; it's all good to me. I'm just having a little fun jabbing Strabs--who I suppose I've offended by this and if so I apologize--but since this is not the Gambling Forum, I will withdraw the offer if it seems to be the concensus for me to do so, but I won't withdraw it on my own lest I be accused of getting cold feet on my own bet.

PG, have I offended you too? If so, I apologize.

In the future I will try to find some other outlet for my gambling problem.

X-Head... Who knows if there are two or not. It was just that your post came across as unusual. Could've just been me. Congrats on your new knife. :cool:
 
Then there must have been two unsharpened ones with that profile, cause I saw the live demonstration that it wasn't sharpened, but it would hurt if drawn across ones skin.

Now that we know there may be two, the value has plummeted. I will take these now almost worthless pieces off of your hands for say, $20 plus I'll pay shipping. Hate to see you lose ALL the value..... :cool:

I also think sometimes unless one knows the writer, intent and tone may be mis-interpreted.
