Imma go out on a limb here and say that I want one of the Max Duties. Blade show was good to me, but being a first timer, I didn't know what to expect.

I'd like a smaller, lightweight slicer to compliment the big choppers.

That, and the wife needs (her words, not mine) a couple of the steak knives. Guess we'll have to wait on those...

Are the knives with scales limited ?-say you only have a few TG satin with burgundy, Black and Gray G10 Handles or is the knife model itself limited?
