Hello everyone, I am a poor young man living in the wilds of Florida. As I am a college student, money is scarce, with gas the way it is. When I get there, I wish to purchase knives.... and without your help, I dont belive that will be possible. I beseech you. All it takes is one quarter to fund my trip. Without your help, I wont be able to buy that new BKT Brute from the Bladeforums table at Blade. As the only other way I can find to afford this trip is to sell my body to science, my future lies in your hands.

Let me be the first to say how glad I am to be able to help a struggling young forumite make his dreams come true!!! Lemme see if I can dig up an extra quarter out of my car ashtray. I might even be able to make it an even 30 cents, Yoda! I sure hope the other forumites pitch in to help you in your time of needieness.
 
Hmmm that's interesting, if every registered member pitches in, we are at 5,572 at the moment, you'll have about $1,393 give or take a quarter, that should get a nice knife at the blade show! Go For it!

Gary I thank you for your words of encouragement, as they shine britely through the long darkness ahead. And to all of you who have graciously donated your hard earned pocket change to me, I thank you from the bottom of my pockets.. which are empty, save for a couple knives.
 
YEEHAAWW.....lets see a .33 stamp to send a quarter...but its the style of your panhandlin post that gives me smiles. Wilds of Florida...sheesh I thought they already carved it up and paved over most of it that had any kind of dry ground.

I belive it best that if you are going to donate money to my quest, that it would be in your best interest to know who you are giving it to. Since I do not know how to post pics, a good friend of mine shall post one he took at our last meeting.

hmm... Ahh.. I quit smoking a long while ago, as I could no longer afford the cubans.. not much work for an old wrinkly green guy these days.

Besides the 75 cents he has offered, Kit Carson has graciously donated this wonderful motor home to Yoda to save him the expense of a motel room at the show!!! Outstanding Kit!!!!

As a Scientist, I would like to say that I would be happy to take your body in exchange for a knife. Bring your body by the lab (1 Frankenstein Way) and I'll be happy to give you a knife of your very own. Are you an Organ Donor?

Thank you kindly Mike. I'll be sure to stop by if the change donated is enough to cover my Greyhound ticket. And Paracelus, Ill be happy to come to your lab... however, I dont intend to deliver my body for medical and laboratory usage until after I have completed the next two sequels for Mr. Lucas. Contracts and all, you understand.

Yoda- it's easier to mail a dollar than
a quarter. Think about it. Makes more sense for somebody writing a check. Think big :-)
