+1 on "trying to talk the wife into it". I'll let you know if it works out. I suggested to her we go to Atlanta for 3-4 days and spend one at the Blade Show and the other days seeing Atlanta. No answer yet. :o
 
Would it be insane to try to fly over from Ft. Lauderdale for the day (Friday?)? Or possibly Fri/Sat?
I'm trying to determine if this is feasible today... I'll be on land in FL for a week or so.

Does one normally rent a car to get to/fro, or are there cheap/free airport shuttles?
Where are y'all staying?

Would it be insane? Well, have you tried it before? If not, then no it wouldn't be insane... Like I told Bladite, I'm going to have Angel with me so I can run people around if needed/wanted, I don't mind that at all.

Oh, and I'll be staying at the Extended Stay America.

Folks, there are only a few days left if you want to get passes in the mail.
I will need to mail off the last of them by Saturday so that they'll arrive before you travel to Atlanta.

i got the two that Gunyon sent...

Ethan assures me that the Mods will have actual KaBar floor passes (right Ethan? ;) right KaBar? :>)...

so if that's the case, then the two passes i have would be up for grabs... probably bringing them with me though, for on site "just in case"...

I'm with ya, daizee. Just too much in the works THIS year. BUT!!!!! I've already put it in my schedule for next year (lightly penciled for now, until the dates are firm).
