Blade steel availability question

I was wondering if the following blade steels are available for purchase in small quantities, or at all...

1- CruWear (can you get it anywhere other than direct from CPM?)
2- BG-42 (I know Latrobe produces it, but from what I've been told I think it's only available in large quantities.)
3- S60V / 440V (I know it's no longer in production, but is there any new old stock out there?)
4- Talonite / Stellite. (The only place I've seen it is at Alpha Knife Supply.)

The only one on your list they sell is cruWear, but they also sell a lot other high quality steels, like m-4, s90v, 3v, s110v and a whole lot more.

They sell it in four different options:

Belt ground saw cut
Belt ground shear cut
Descaled saw cut
Descaled shear cut

All different options range in different prices.

Example: CruWear at .125x1"x38" is about $40 with descaled shear cut.
