Blade Steel On The 2004 NRA Convention 532?

Anyone know which blade steel was used on this knife - 420HC? Thanks.

Unless the blade is stamped ATS-34 or BG-42, the steel is 420HC. I am pretty positive that we have never used ats or bg without stamping it on the blade.
