Blade steel plate supply?

Does anyone know where I can get a piece of blade steel around 2' x 2' 5" x 3/8? I got a guy who wants me to make him a cleaver of inhuman size.

I might also just do some sort of welded construction. Would have to see the design, but it would save a lot of money, and epending on how you are making it, maybe a lot of time and energy.
