Hope one of you guys can help me out with a question. What year did Chris switch from BG-42 to S30V?
 
The answer is in my CRK Time-Line in the CRK Sticky. Check it out as it if filled with info reguarding CRK folding and fixed blade knives.

First knives were ATS-34

Switched to BG-42 October 1996

Switched to S30V January 2002
 
currious, did all the BG-42s have clips? or when did they start putting the clips on them?
 
I am not 100% sure. This info from my CRK Time-Line should help. I am pretty sure the "H" and "P" sebbies have no clip. I have a BG-42 made in 1999 and it has a clip, so it was definately before that. I am not sure of the "Original" sebenzas either. Hope ths helps !
