blade steel

is Sandvik 12C27 a good steel and what other steels would be good for edc

While not one of the newer "super steels", it is a very good blade steel. I have 2 blades in it, and both are great performers. I think most of the SAKs are 12C27 as well, but may be wrong. Here is a little tidbit for your perusal.
