Can someone tell me where to get Hitachi white and blue steel. New at this. Thanks.

Do you speak Japanese? Murray Carter seems to be the only one with access to these steels outside of Japan.

1095 is similar to white steel. There's no substitutes for blue steel though. O-7 is similar to composition but is just as impossible to obtain. Your best bet is to ask a Japanese friend to call Hitachi for an order.

That O-7 seems to have 7% tungsten instead of 2%. Well, I'm going to buy some of that steel anyway because it looks interesting! Thanks for the heads up.
