Blade Tech Pro Hunter review

Nice review Dexter, I purchased a mouse from Tim that's the biggest little knife I own. Super design and funtion. May be time for a big brother.

After edc'ing this knife for a week, I only have one slight concern. Do you folks, that are familiar with this knife, feel that the locking liner is on par, in regard to thickness and durability, with the stoutness of the rest of the knife and with other knives in a similar category?

I have a question about the Mouse II vs. the Spyderco Mouse. Are the changes made to the Mouse II significant enough to warrant buying one if I already own the Spyderco Mouse? I really am enjoying my Spyderco Mouse and I'm not sure if the Mouse II is worth the extra expense. What say the collective?

Absolutely. The dual nested liners are plenty strong. Construction is similar to that of the Spyderco Military, except the Pro-Hunter has two liners instead of one.

Dennis,
Thanks. I sold my Military before purchasing the PH and couldn't quite remember how the engagement portion of the liner compared.

Spyderco has always had a habit of making thick blades of close to 5/32. Is the blade tech version the same or the more typical 1/8 or 0.12 that is seen these days.???????
