Blade-Tech Service and Support

They went above and beyond the call for me. I sent a peice back to correct something that I did wrong and they got it back to me promptly (fedex), including a personal, handwritten note from a Mr. Wegner. They even sent back the check I had included to cover charges.

I am very impressed. I will never sell or trade this knife.
 
That's good to know.
I need to send one of my knives from him back to have things fixed that weren't right from day 1. Like you, I won't EVER give up this Hunter folder for anything...it rocks!
Is customer service back up & alive now a days??? :D Well at least @ Blade-Tech ;)
