My experience with Blade-Tech was fantastic! I just picked up a knife with a Blade-Tech sheath that was several years old and the belt loop was cracked. I called and spoke to Victor, he said send it in and we'll fix it. I live about one and a half hours north of Tacoma and I talked the wife into "taking a drive" last Friday. When I arrived I spoke to Tom, he showed me the new Tek-Loc belt loop and said they would make a NEW sheath for me while we waited. We wanted to beat the traffic so I left my knife and headed for home...with a new holster for my Glock of course. The knife and new sheath arrived today (Tuesday) along with the old sheath (now a neck sheath at my request). The workmanship is great and I think the Tek-Lok belt loop is going to be a big hit. I was told that a smaller version would be along soon. Great People, Great Service, and Great Products!

I have to agree with rkellogg, Blade-Tech's customer service is beyond excellent.

I just got back from purchasing a sheath and while I was there, Brian, showed me around a little and explained about the shop. He also took time out from his busy schedule to adjust the sheath on my Nimravus, thereby cutting out the rattling and making it very snug.
I will definately be doing business with these people again.
BTW, I picked up the new Tek-loc belt clip and I must say it is awesome. They also provide a Military discount for all those, like me, who did not know.

the only problem is when you order something by e-mail... uh uh.. it took me over 2 months to get a concealex sheeth from them and i'm sure without the help from tom i would be still waiting... he called them several times by phone... fact is that i never got e-mail response from them...
