I made my first purchase from Bladeco USA recently, a Fletcher Knives Bush Operator-II. I made the purchase based on some good feedback on Bladeco that I received from a friend on another forum, and then realized they were on our paid dealer member list. So, I did a search in this forum, and not seeing any feedback on them I thought I should leave some feedback for them. It was a great transaction. I ordered the knife on a Saturday night, it shipped the following Monday, and I received it on Wednesday.

I am also very well pleased with the knife. The first Fletcher I got back in 2010 was a good knife, but Dylan Fletcher has really steeped up his game since then. The knife is CPM154 stainless steel with a very nicely tapered tang, and very nice grinds. It has burlap micarta handle scales from Shadetree Custom Composites, and came in a very mice kydex sheath. It feels great in hand, came with an extremely sharp edge, and has very nice balance.

Thanks for chiming in man. I have heard nothing but good things about Tony and Bladeco so far. Yeah, I really like this one a lot. I fell in love with it when I first saw it on Bladeco's site, and loved it even more when I saw it in person, held it, and used it.

Glad to see this. If gives me a chance to post my BladecoUsa experience. I bought a ZT 0566 from them. I didn't like it much, but kept it for a week or two, trying to learn to love it. Never happened. (I've since bought one again and developed a reasonably good relationship with it). When I contacted Tony about returning it, he offered to give me nearly 100% credit for it. That was far better than I expected or deserved. I used the credit to buy a ZT 0801. That was not before exchanging a series of emails with Tony in an effort to decide what I wanted. He was amazingly patient and helped me decide to buy what has turned out to be my favorite knife. Even better, he arranged to ship the knife directly to Mark Christianson for some anodizing I wanted done. In short, Tony and Bladeco are the epitome of personal customer service. They didn't know me from Adam's housecat and treated me like someone who'd spent tons of money with them before. I can't say enough good things about them. I wish their inventory was bigger - I'd never buy from anyone else.

That is some outstanding customer service! Glad I started this thread :)
