Bladecrazy.com fails to ship and does not reply to emails

Doing a Whois search provides an administrative contact name of Kenneth Burks with the phone number: 561-502-2960

I ordered a Spyderco Lum from bladecrazy.com sometime around June 18. Payment was deducted from my account on June 20th. I have received no communication from bladecrazy.com, no knife, no nothing. Any suggestions for a next step?
 
Was this through a Paypal account? If so you have 45 days from the time the money was taken out of your account to file a dispute with their resolution center. Today is day 44, so you would have to act quickly. If you paid by Credit Card, you have 180 days to file for a chargeback.
