While still fairly new to BladeForums I have been working on my collection for several years and do alot of browsing on eBay for new additions. In the month or so that I've been a member of these forums I have seen several ID's I recognize from my time on eBay. While there can be some great deals, there are not always great dealers or sellers trying to move items in the auctions. If I had my choices, I would much prefer to buy from someone I know, either personally or from the forums here, or from a member of the BCCI. It would also be a bonus to know who you are bidding against and perhaps be able to compare notes on different knives.

With all this in mind, I am suggesting that anyone who is a member of these forums, and is also registered as either a seller or just a buyer (as I am) on eBay, share your eBay ID's so we can all have a better idea of who we are dealing with. I have already made several connections but will remain silent and allow those that decide to reveal their own ID's.

I concur it would be useful information to have. I have the same ID on BF, KnifeForums, the Spyderco forum and eBay.
 
You are on the right track. When I sell on eBay I offer to ship with a personal check to Buck Collectors Club members. I simply use Vern Taylor or vtaylor on both, just so people know I'm not hiding who I am.

And a question for you, why would you post a link to a Rekat Sifu in the Buck Forum....:confused:
