Bladeforums Edition Mnandi

I'd love to see Honduran rosewood, but if it said Blade Forums on the knife, I'd be out. I like limited runs and special things like that, but I don't like them branded like a cow (example.. last years Blade Show Inkosi). Nothing against Blade Forums (odviously), but it detracts from the simple/clean look.

I would pay for a natural micarta or plain titanium scale mnandi. I would lovingly admire any other configuration unless one hung around the exchange for long enough that I could get it for once.

Agreed

Their priority was probably getting the product to dealers and not one at a time in a priority mail box. That would be up to the dealers to choose their carrier for shipping to the destination.
Personally, I like the new boxes and could care less about what they ship in. To be fair, if you buy, sell and trade alot, I can see how this affects you..but I typically buy..rarely trade and sell once in awhile. Gladly, I would pay more to have something shipped to me that is in good shape.
Just don't put priority mail stickers on the outside of the box and use that as a shipping container. Received a Pacific this way..ugh

Bill, I would be fine if they threw everything into a sandwich bag...

Always been much more interested on "what's inside" then the box anyway, that includes size/shape/color/etc.

Now how do we get CRK to make a plain Ti Mnandi with an Insingo blade?!!!

I agree with you about any logo on the Mnandi and as far as I know no limited run, even for some shop, went with that.

I would disagree on using old type of inlay. But this is the view of a collector :-)

Just purchased my first Mnandi, coming to me in the mail. Elder Burl, S35VN... cannot wait. I love the wood inlays although a Mammoth Tusk would be very cool to own. There are lots of knives with Carbon Fiber already, let's not go down that path again? How about some Turkish Walnut in high grade with lots of burl patterns?

I am in for copper inserts or a solid Ti version....

You mean like this?
