I just got on for the first time today and thought the new forum software must be malfunctioning... surely there wasn't a thread started today with 400+ replies already. But now I understand. :D

Todd, I'd have to say that one thing I always appreciate when I see your knives (and this may seem like a small, random thing to notice and appreciate, but I notice it every time I see one of your knives) is the sharpening choil. I love a good sharpening choil, it just makes the process of sharpening a knife so much easier, and yours definitely look like good'uns. :thumbsup:

Well, Todd said that the number was under 1,000. At the rate this thread has been going (29.286 posts per hour) we'll hit that number in 34.15 hours. That'll put us around 7:50 PM CST tomorrow. I wonder about the shortest time a thread has ever taken to get to 1,000 posts. I wonder if there's a way for Spark to track something like that.

Anyways, thanks again to Todd for his generosity and for the most exciting GAW thread I can ever remember seeing, and I've seen an incredible number here.

I would say that you have been very good for bladeforums! One of the reasons I keep coming back is to admire photos of your beautiful knives. I've never seen a thread grow this fast. I'm definitely in and thanks for the chance.
