It may just be a sharpening variation in the two knives I recieved, but it looks as though there is a very slight recurve in my two samples. This is not a complaint just an observation, just something I had not noticed in my other skylines. Still a perfect knife.

Got #462 in today. I really like the finish on the blade compared to the beadblast. Before I got into higher-end knives, my old skyline was my favorite EDC- It's nice to have one again especially in S30V!

No. These aren't in order of serial numbers to actual orders. You get a random serial number. Guy who gets 001 wasn't the first to order..

One weird thing: I noticed an extra hole next to the pivot hole. I've done a few Skyline blade swaps and never noticed that on any of my other blades. Have any of you ever seen a hole like that on another Skyline?
Just talked to Jim about this because I had never noticed it either. He could probably explain it in more depth, but basically he said that the lower hole was drilled in this batch to use to hold the blade in place while a machine smooths out the edges. It's conveniently placed so that the handle covers it any you'll never see it... unless you open up your knife. Doesn't hurt the functionality at all, and it was not an "oops."
