There is nothing wrong or bad in "ugly". A knife that serves a purpose can be a beauty or a sour apple to look at..

This isnt a denegration to makers, hopefully it wont come off like that-
just another idea on what wins a prize.

I hope Darby and Randy do not mind if I lock it. Based on knowing them personally, I think it is the best thing to do. The topic is not something I have come across in 20 years of experience in collecting and making friends in this arena.
