• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Bladeforums under attack?

I, and I'm sure my fellow mods, have been deleting tons of highly questionable attempts to register on the site.

Been extremely heavy this past week, even in comparison to the higher work flow that has become the new normal in that regard.
Hope you guys aren't manually banning all those schmucks -> carpal tunnel

We do manually ban them. The ones that the forum anti-spam software finds need to be actually banned by a mod. Plus we go spammer hunting sometimes, finding posts by spammers who got past the anti-spam software.

But we strengthen our arms by the hoisting of "refreshing beverages", so we're safe from the CT.

I have found that having one in each fist and doing alternating reps is very effective in keeping epicondylitis away and improving one's mood.

For medicinal purposes only, of course.

PS: This is at least one reason why I do not like or "trust" password managers, besides the fact that I can't remember any of the randomly generated passwords so if I need to log in to the site, I would not be able to do so w/o requesting a change of password.
