try using the darn thing to dress out a squirrel, or flip bacon in the camp pan! Stop chopping logs with knives that aren't choppers!!
dude, I have no intention of putting dresses on squirrels for your entertainment on youtube, that's just weird.
As for chopping with not choppers- I'm sorry man! Ok? How can I make it up to you? Just let me know and I'll do it, I can live with the guilt no longer! I just couldn't help myself...

Funny thing though, this knife IS a chopper! It is just a little smaller than what I'd usually use, but it's a chopper by design.
As a throwing knife? That certainly is not by design, but this knife is so sweetly balanced- dead center- and the contouring so mellow that it throws amazingly well. The tip is very, very sturdy. Not that I plan on throwing this thing on a regular basis, (I have some throwing knives for that, and have been lusting over a Bobby Branton thrower so maybe I'll get a chance to do an edit on one of those some day), but in some cases, a knife just tells me it wants to be thrown. And who am I to say no?
Just saw the comment about the edge- it ended up roughly where it started. No damage. I didn't ensure it would shave hair before I started, and after a little while cutting through these abrasive plans a hair shaving edge disappears anyway. With most of the plants I deal with it's like cutting hemp rope coated with lacquer.
Guys, thank you for your comments. Jon, it's good to see you kicking around this place. You don't post as much these days and we're missin you!
