hey folks:
first, thanks to all who post feedback - it's good info for a new person and mostly lurker
i ran into the same problem with the horked USPS nationwide address database and Endicia mailing system (used by many online shops), that basically results in my address (and 36 other homes on my street) coming up as 'non-existent...
i had previously outlined the same problem with another vendor here.
well, it happened again when i placed a recent order w/BladeHQ and they went to prep for shipping...
they called me, we laughed about the boneheads in the USPS, and the next thing i know (literally a hour or so later), i get a Think Brown tracking number
good service, sharp customer rep, excellent shipping (and packing!)
thumbs up, guys - you're getting my business again!
