This is another post about Blade HQ and their slow shipping and poor/lack of customer service.
I placed an order on Blade HQ in the early morning of August 3. By today, August 9th, the order status still state "not shipped." On their website it states that items ordered have a 48 hour fulfillment time. It's pretty disappointing how slowly it takes to process an order. I understand that we are currently in a pandemic and shipment times may be lagged and companies must first take care of their employees before worrying about business gains.
The long delay in shipping the order isn't the only issue, they even entirely removed their online customer service number. If they are taking customers' money and still have the ability to post and make videos about knives on Youtube, surely they have the ability to at least have one customer representative take calls in case there are any issues. I even sent an email without any response.
It is definitely important for people and companies to stay safe, however 5+ business days to ship out an item that is supposedly in stock when it is supposed to take a max of 2 days is ridiculous. If they know that the fulfillment times will take longer, they should update it on their website letting customers be aware of the situation.
On the upside, they have an option to cancel an order directly online, which I have done. I have reordered on KnifeCenter.
