These guys are great as I’m sure many of you are aware.

I ordered a couple of Spydercos into Canada and the order was stolen/lost and no tracking/insurance was bought by me. BHQ credited me the full amount immediately. No questions asked.

I subsequently ordered a ZT0620 at a great price and had it shipped to my hotel near San Fran. Perfect transaction.

In any case, these guys are big for a reason but their CS in my dealings has been stellar.

I’ve bought a few from them without problems. I was also lucky enough to visit their storefront while passing through SLC. Very friendly folks. I didn’t buy anything on that visit but have done online orders since then. Never a problem.
