I recently ordered a folding knife from these guys and received it only two days after placing my order. Unfortunately, when the knife came I was disappointed in some very noticeable F&F issues it had. The knife was fairly pricey (by my standards) and I just couldn't live with the flaws, so I boxed it right back up and called them to arrange a return for store credit. The guy I spoke to was very friendly and sent me an email right away with all the info I needed. I took the box to the post office and mailed it back on Tues. It arrived at their place today, and I received another email this afternoon telling me that my store credit was ready to go. While I was not impressed with the knife (no fault of BHQ), BladeHQ was incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. This was especially noticeable since I recently dealt with another place that was the exact opposite. What a huge difference quality customer service makes. :thumbup:
