Possibly a computer error. You could ask BladeHQ if that price is correct before accusing them of unethical practices.
My point is why are you so concerned?
A quick scroll through that page's Sold Out listings shows increasing prices - whether it's due to increasing costs or high demand, it's been happening. If there are lower prices available at other places, give those other places your money. (It ain't rocket science)

How is anyone going to tell you what the price should be if they're the only ones selling them?
If the price is too high, discriminating buyers won't purchase and then the price will come down or they will sit on the shelf.
I could see trashing them if they were doing something unethical, but seems to me they can set their own prices and let the market decide.
I have no connection with the dealership other than maybe buying a couple of knives from them over the years.

But they aren’t the only ones selling them. There is plenty instock elsewhere at the price microtech sets for them. Just trying to help someone from overpaying that’s all. I haven’t seen other retailers price gouging like this in a while. Not saying it doesn’t happen I’m just pointing it out to anyone who cares I’m not overpaying.

Everyone has the opportunity to check prices over the web...BHQ is under no obligation to follow the pricing of other dealers.
If their sales suffer, it's on them.
Sounds like you have an ax to grind, rather than issuing a simple public service announcement...and deal spotting is against forum guidelines.
Do your homework, buy from companies you trust and who sell at a price point you deem reasonable.
We're done here.
