Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, and attempting to turn a hobby I enjoy into a somewhat of a side hustle (thank you inflation  ). Anyhoo, if you're interested, check out my work at vargoldllc.com

It's a combination of my love of considering/preparing for potential survival situations and Bladesmithing. Would love some feedback, and would be happy to get someone hooked up with some sharp steel if they like what I'm doing!

Looking good! When you get a chance, would you mind sharing the other specs? Steel, hardness, size, etc. as well?

Thanks and GLWS.
The blade is about 4" of 80CrV2, Scandi grind. The handle is about 4.5" of stabilized Douglas fir, full tang. I do not send my blades out to be heat treated, so I follow the New Jersey Steel Barons recipe for forged 80CrV2 (5 minutes at austenizing temperature, oil quenched in Parks 50, and tempered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit). I will never say that is definitely a certain hardness since I do not have any testing equipment. But, based on how I heat treat it, I would say between 60-62 HRC is a solid range. Its electro-etched, treated with oxpho blue (or not) and then coated with renaissance wax. After that, I do all the sheath work as well. 0.08 kydex, veg tanned leather, and a few extra fixins turns into a dangle sheath.

Hi. I like your selection of knives and I would like to know where you are located. I can't find anything on your web site. Thanks.
