Well we finally got out today since the end of March after breaking my upper left arm in multiple places!!
Was getting past crazy to go. Short 4 miler we did but not being on the trail for that long was whipped at the end. Gotta get back into shape but no doubt will take a while!!

Went for a rip in the mountains. 22km in 6 hours. Fiona the dog easily did double that distance zipping back and forth between us. Weather mostly held out and made for a nice day.

Lone Goat Mountain in Manning Park, BC. Lots more flowers coming in the next few weeks. Blue berries coming in also but not ripe till August.

Went on a daddy/daughter/dog hike on America’s birthday. We just moved to this area and it was wonderful to explore a trail just 8 minutes from my doorstep.
