So much for the 3 seconds, eh? :p (I've gotta give you some ribbing on that one) Yeah, sometimes 4 minutes (or less) is all it takes for some things to be sold out. As has been posted above, patience can be rewarding. If someone throws something back (as happens), you might be next in line.

It wasn't me, then. The only thing on your list I went after was the Sniper Hawk.

I would agree with Spyder, given the price of the Scrap Max's, they were probably purchased in bulk in the first minute.

And seriously, with all the friggin knives you have, including that special OINK one from ebay that you won, you should have a Gonzo of your own.
 
I am betting there was a limited amount of Hawks too. And although not bought in multiples a lot of people went for them.
