There will be a school and cutting comp next weekend stop by and watch if your around the area
Lone Star Cutting School & Clinic - Sat' 6th of December & Sunday 7th of December
Location:
412 Alysa Lane
Waxahachie, Texas 75167
Tuition:
$135 per person Cost includes lunch & supper Saturday.
Focus:
1). Certify new cutters
2). Certify officials & intructors
3). Special attention will be given to safety rules, setting up benches & cuts, building benches & officiating at competitions etc.
Practice knives will be available for anyone needing a knife.
This is a hands on school & every opportunity will be given to one & all to hone their skills at the cutting bench
A points competition will be held at 2
oPM on Sunday so everyone who has been certified will have the opportunity to compete
Please RSVP with remittance at least two weeks before the school so we know how to prepare for food & materials etc
