Ah. I meant in the sense that it's a comprehensive database of every production knife ever created. Is it?

In that sense, no that's not really our intent. We're more setting out to become an educational database on knives in general. If you would imagine a textbook written on practical knowledge of knives, that is more our goal at this point in time. That said, we are also going to be doing field tests (written and video form) on as many knives as possible as well, which will *sort of* act as a database for the knives that we cover.

THAT said, things are definitely going to change and evolve as we go, and where are one or two years from now could be drastically different than our vision today. It really all depends on how many willing contributors we can get, etc. If we are able to attract an army of people to help contribute, then creating a comprehensive database on all production knives becomes a lot more realistic. In fact, it is a great idea and something that we will consider attempting as our ranks grow.
