I run mine around 90psi. I always tumble after in very coarse triangle ceramic media. Maybe that's the difference. Here is a couple more examples. Pre and post tumble.

This is S35VN on top hardned to 61 and A2 on bottom at 60, blasted before and after HT with sieve size 3 glass bead.. you can darken it after this with a touch of ferric and steel wool.
