My process is all free-handed, from initial cutting of the blanks to the final sharpening. The knives have little irregularities that make each unique. I make my own handmade sheaths too.
Both of these are 80CrV2, heat treated by Paul Bos for 61 HRC
#1 A small EDC (SOLD)
This one has a couple of scuffs on the handle but I don't think the camera picked them up. They are hardly noticeable. The ricasso has an unfinished look.
Blade: 2 9/16"
OAL: 6 5/8"
Thickness In Ricasso: .106"
Handle: stainless pins and tube, linen micarta, G-Flex epoxy.
SOLD for $40, with Priority Shipping to USA destinations.
#2
This one has a few unintended sanding scratches in the right-side ricasso.
Blade: 3 1/16"
OAL: 7 1/8"
Thickness In Ricasso: .106"
Handle: multi colored paper phenolic, stainless pins and tube, G-Flex epoxy.
SOLD for $55 includes Priority Shipping in USA. No other destinations please.
I prefer PayPal. First unconditional "I'll take it" gets it.
