Blems for 5/18 -- poor pix but good deals.

The more weight the more convex you can go.

I have a 17.5" 30 oz Baby Ganga Ram, by Sher, I think, that has a nice convex edge and is a great hiker.

Now THAT sounds really nice! Seems like Bura is making them all now. Good edge but more chance of bendage. I'd love to have one by the Amtrak Swastika Kami. The 2 I have by him I'm really impressed with. Excellent tempering and kind of halfway between Sher's fat edge and Bura's thin one. :D

Sheesh....it's like Uncle emptied one of my storage boxes on the table...!!

What a line up! Should've taken the whole lot!

I suppose a new baby should be celebrated with a new gun or khuk...always worked for me. What would you're wife say to that, Pen?

That's about 40 USD off the production run pieces.

I don't think you can get a full sized seax like this anywhere fer this price.

It's still here, huh?

Well, I can't buy it anyway- but what would I do with this pigsticker if I got it?

Well Roadrunner, I expected Bruise to say that. I actually 'want' one of those strange triangle knives, but at just over a pound, it really doesn't offer more than any number of fighting style large skinning blades. And it is actually too small to be in the category of my khuks- any MT Lion gets in the way of a 18" WWll or Baby Ganga Ram and it's all over.

BUt it is unique, and at any other table than one inhabited by us HI khukuri folks it would answer most of; "now, this is a knife."

the horizontal carry sheath is fun....:D

munk - I'll be celebrating the new baby a different way....;)

Email sent on the Pen Knife.

If I'm not too late than it's certainly just meant to be since I'd been enquiring about one just yesterday. :D

RWS, you're really gonna dig that Pen-Knife. Its probably the most utilitarian khuk I own. Big bellied enough to chop pretty well, thick enough to pry with, light enough to pack around all day, and curvy enough not to scare the heck out of sheeple you meet on the trails. You can even flip burgers with it:) Its like a SAK without all the gadgets...well i guess you could use the cho as a wire stripper;)

Less than 2 minutes and I would have replied like that :( That's what I get for trying to follow the email instructions so exactly.
