Yea, that's a deal. It was July's special, $115. That's a great value. Personally, I think they nailed the design on this one. I hope it works out for you.
Both companies make nice knives that are a great value. One wouldn't go wrong with either. However, BHK models tend to come in at lower price points. However, it is important to note BR offers a lot more steel and handle material options than BHK.
