Hey guys. I placed an order with BHK almost two weeks ago, and paid in full at the time (for a large Snap Knapp). I have both emailed (twice) and called. No responses to my emails and when I call nobody answers and I can't leave a message; an auto responder comes on saying the mailbox is full.

Anyone know what's up?

Weird that you can't get a hold of them, I've always gotten great service from them. They have a facebook page that they are pretty active on, maybe try dropping them a message there.

I made an order with them a month or so ago. I didn't hear anything either, so I emailed the address that my paypal was sent to, and got a response from a different email saying I should have gotten a confirmation from that address (I didn't). Anyways they told me to hold tight, it would be ready in a few weeks, but it ended up showing after maybe 2 weeks from when I emailed them asking about it. I think they do them in batches so sometimes you have to wait a while before it comes. It was worth the wait though, it is a great quality little knife. I got the Frontier Valley patch knife.

Thanks for the info guys. I just gave them (another) call and this time actually reached a very helpful lady who tracked down my order, apologized it wasn't handled by now, kept me on hold for about 5 minutes while she went into the shop and got someone to start working on it right now. Said he'd be done later today or worst case tomorrow and it would ship immediately after.

Very happy with the service now that I've reached someone. Looking forward to receiving it all over again!

Just learned from their web site that BHK is no more! Bummer. I have a couple of their blades that I love. Appears the owners parted ways and each have started their own company. Wishing them both the best and look forward to seeing their designs.

You speak the truth. Looking forward to seeing what directions LT and Dan move in.

Wow that kinda sux! I met LT at a local gunshow in Charlotte a couple years ago. The only large knife company I've ever seen in my area. I saw the sign as I walked in the door. Made a beeline to 'em! LT even gave me a hat for actually knowing who they were.

Wow that stinks. I always liked the attitude the company had and all the monthly specials. When you expand in any business payrolls get higher and profit margins slimmer. Good luck to them

yeah, just seen them Saturday on a hunting channel doing a commercial,so there must be some exspansion
