This knife design was originally made as a camp knife called the Maverick Scout. The Maverick Colt is its little brother which is designed to handle lighter tasks. It's handy for cutting tie-down rope, slicing bacon or many other light camp chores. It also works very well as a small hunting knife for up to deer-sized animals, a small general purpose bushcraft knife or an every day carry knife. The Maverick Colt knife is a solid perfomer that will not let you down!
This knife features O1 steel which is an excellent quality cutlery grade steel.
This knife will last for a lifetime if properly taken care of.
A deluxe leather pouch sheath is included.
