Yup, I'm O- also - the "Universal Donor" who can only get their own blood back.

The blood bank is always calling me and shaking me down to donate, but I've been getting tattoos pretty much every three or four months so I haven't been able to give in a couple years.
 
My mother was having some digestive issues a few years back. She has found blood-type dieting to be very helpful. At first I thougth that sounded fishy, but I have read a little more about it and I'm pretty intrigued. If you consider the ethnic/regional nature of blood types, it makes sense I guess that food preferences and digestibility would be different across different regions. O- for the record.

Blood type dieting can be proven by science or data from history probably, but I not sure. telling personality by blood types is only a statistics. I dont think nobody can proove it, but it's very interesting because it's too good for a coincidence.

I've never seen any reputable scientific study on so called "blood type dieting". Anecdotal claims might be nice, but science will tell if it actually works. If you know of one, provide a link.

Telling personality by blood types ranks along side astrology and reading goat entrails. It's certainly not "statistics".

So called coincidence is meaningless.

Science will tell you what works, not stories from your grandmother's friends daughter's golfing partner.

No, I'm not having a go at you personally, I just get annoyed by fads that have no scientific basis.

You also have the pickiest blood type, wouldn't you rather be the universal taker? I mean O- is pretty rare and people aren't willing to give it up.
