Anyone have any experience with them? A chef I work with recently spent a pretty penny on a custom kitchen knife from them. He was very happy with his steel. I'm more into outdoors/survival/tactical blades, but their product looks pretty cool. Still, I would like to hear from someone with experience before I spend 200+ on a custom knife.
