Here are a couple of pictures of some modifications I made to my red G-10 Game Warden. I added thumb serrations and a long top swedge (kind of hard to see). Also pictured is a Okuden kydex sheath and one of Eric Issacson daughters lanyards.

:D

nice, that looks really good. i'm a fan of thumb grooves, both for looks and for the practicality of them.

I like the thumb work. I have a Bark River user that has them and they work well:thumbup:

Nice job by the way!

Nice work! I am very fond of thumb friction on spines. Did you do the swedge also? I really like Okudens kydex as well. Very flat and easy to pocket carry.

excellent work:thumbup: , my horn warden would look great like that . thanks for the idea:thumbup:

Did you use the dremel for the swedge also?

For the swedge, I used a 6" X 48" belt sander. it allow for one nice long even cut. I'll try and take better pictures showing it.

Beautiful work, I was just thinking about how great thumb ramp serrations would be on one of my Busse's. Glad you posted those pics. Thanks.

Nice looking GW. Great work.

I want a red/black skull lanyard.

I added a better picture of the swedge to the original post.

the skull looks like an emerson pewter skull, available on his website. i did the same with a busse lanyard.

Yes sir, it is a Emerson pewter skull.
