The top of the topic bourd has a list of side openers, and OTFs. It will explain how many were made if possible and current values.

I don't have it but there is a book titled, "Levine's Guide to Knives and Their Values." That book lists values based upon characteristics and makers; it doesn't list each available knife model.
A.G. Russell used to have a small pamphlet/booklet with values for specific knives based upon actual resale prices in the market. I don't know if it is still available, or if it has been updated recently. It had a good selection of knife values for a variety of makers, but it did not attempt to list every knife ever made by every maker; I don't think anyone has ever attempted anything of that extent.
