This is a really nice EDC or woodcraft knife. Made of .095 15N20 with a differential temper, hand finished to 600 grit and buffed on soft wheel. Two thumb grooves file worked into the spine. Comfortable handle, made of blue pakkawood.Pins are 3/16 ID lanyarb tubing in stainless.

Sheath is a buffed deep pouch in black, double stitched and double seamed. Dressy looking. Set up for RH belt carry. Koyote Girl did a perfect zen job on this one, it's much prettier than the photographs

Overall length is right at 8 inches with a 3.75 inch blade.

One of my prettier blades, and just as functional as everything I make.

it's sharp. I figure at this point if I don't cut myself on each blade I'm not done with it yet :D

I just realized, that's leather dye on Koyote Girl's hand! And I did cut myself on the cuticle with it.

How do you like that sandvic steel?

Heat treats sweet and easy, tempers good, cuts forever in a convex grind and takes a razor edge on the scandis. I know it's used most commonly in damascus, but the stuff is a fantastic steel for making general knives.

Thanks, I may have to try some of it out.
