Blue FFG Delica

Just received my Blue FFG. While I like it a lot, the color is lighter and more teal than I thought it would be. Still a nice color but I wish it looked like the pictures posted by the Freedom.

Weird. This is pretty much how mine looks in real life. I wonder if there are two shades of this blue?? I mean two shades because they had two batches of plastic that were slightly different but somewhat close.

I've seen pictures where I've thought to myself, "I don't remember a teal version. Oh wait, that's the blue one!"

I really don't care for the blue but I really do like the black and even the grey.

Nonetheless those are some nice folders by a great company.

Just got this knife and having fun with it. But I just want to check one thing. I'm getting a sharpmaker soon, and I was wondering if this uses the 40 or 30 degree angle? Would the standard stones coming with it suffice? Or are other rods needed?

Use the marker on the blade, set the stones to 30, if after a couple passs the marker is gone you will know.

I compared my knife on two different monitors. One is almost like the real thing, one is lighter.

I just got the purple one for my wife's birthday...her first knife ever...that sucker is solid...I am still packing my gen 1 Delica...I just love that thing...the frn clip is the only clip I own that doesn't destroy my pockets.

I just received my blue delica ffg today in the mail. I was a slip joint guy stockmans and slimline trappers. They are getting put away, I just found my new EDC. I am going to get an endura ffg and then all my knife needs will be meet.

i still haven't gotten a military, or a para. I have been eyeing the Ti millie, maybe some day soon.
